Dr. Johann Lahodny is an Austrian gynecologist who developed the method called “10 steps”, which consists of taking 200ml of blood under negative pressure (vacuum), mixing it with ozone at a concentration of 70ug/ml, re-injecting it into the patient’s vein and repeating the operation 10 times.
