High Intensity Pulsed ElectroMagnetic Field

HUGO is a high-intensity pulsed electromagnetic field (PEMF) medical device designed to restore and optimize the body’s natural healing system. You will feel the pulsation happen as the actual pulsed electromagnetic field spreads out and relieves all inflamed areas of the body.


A healthy cell will have an electrical potential difference between the inside and outside of the cell of -70 to -100 millivolts. The diseased or inflamed cell will be between -30 and -70 millivolts. A degenerative cell, on the other hand, will range from -30 to 0 millivolts, representing cell death. This difference in load between the inside and outside of the cell is critical. This system put in place by nature is therefore essential. A voltage drop is synonymous with cellular dysfunction.


It is crucial to understand that an electrically weakened cell means a decrease in cellular respiration and therefore a marked reduction in energy production, disturbed cellular exchanges and poor waste evacuation, even cellular obstruction due to lack of energy.


The cell can no longer feed itself properly and eliminate toxins and CO2 effectively. Apoptosis (or cell death), various diseases and even cancers are the direct and unavoidable consequences linked to lack of energy and inadequate frequencies. The Pulsed Electromagnetic Field will allow to restore this charge difference between the inside and the outside.


The HUGO PRO is unique in that it uses dual full-body mats that emit high-intensity electromagnetic field pulses above and below the body simultaneously. These pulses penetrate deep into the body at the cellular level. PEMFs have been shown to be completely safe, apart from the contraindications listed below.


Treating both the top and bottom will work faster and more effectively. Therefore, treatment time is usually 12 minutes per session, although some sessions may be 36 to 60 minutes if recommended.

Contraindications: High intensity PEMFs are not recommended for people with the following conditions: pregnancy, organ transplant recipients, with bleeding disorders, or those with IUDs, pacemakers, hearing aids or other electronic implants/devices that are not safe for MRI.

Precautions: High-intensity PEMFs should be used with caution in people with stents, metal staples inside the body, metal ports, and metal prostheses (e.g., dental implants or joint replacements). Breast implants: it is not recommended to use HUGO PRO at more than 50% intensity directly on these implants and for exposures of no more than 24 minutes at a time.
